The highs and lows of the 2017 Tony Awards
The 2017 Tony Awards were stacked with energetic talks, dazzling victors and a huge amount of remarkable presentations. It also highlighted some very unpleasant outline, too.
From Tony-winning divas to front line stars, here were the night’s most detectably terrible dressed, the kind of troupes that may get any show closed before debut night.
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend star Rachel Bloom brought the, uh, crazy to superstar fundamental road in this underhanded fitting high difference pant suit, trimmed down considerably more by her extremely diminish hair shading.
Show Candice Swanepoel looked fit and stunning as ever; in any case, her floor-length sheer skirt felt oddly too much revealing for an event like the Tonys, and made her seem like she hurled something together after expressive move class.
Two-time Tony champ and War Paint star Christine Ebersole emphatically wouldn’t win any shape prizes for this cotton sugary treat esque outfit, which observed straight out of an unremarkable period piece highlighting Keira Knightley.
Striking illustrations can be difficult to pull off on any superstar fundamental road. Just ask Present Laughter star Cobie Smulders, who may have made anyone’s best dressed once-over had her strapless outfit not highlighted, you know, a repulsively extreme illustration.
Miss Saigon image Lea Salonga picked a dim paint suit that ought to make Hillary Clinton happy. The fundamental issue: she looked more like she was made a beeline for a convention center rather than the Tony Awards.
