Diary of an anxious person

It’s 2, 4, 10, and 12 mostly among people!

1 – I wake up with a tight feeling in my chest
2 – Caffeine makes my chest worse, so I have to drink an alternative
3- I must exercise or meditate to help calm my mind and body
4 -I worry that I will be late so I leave extra early
5- I am anxious on public transport just in case I get stuck
6- I get into work and I am anxious that I’ll say or do something wrong
7 – I worry that my colleagues don’t trust me and will never support me in my work
8 – I feel on edge about tonight’s social plans because I am scared I will be judged
9 – My friend then cancels tonight’s social plans and I am anxious that I’ve offended them
10 – I go home and escape into Netflix, bingeing or alcohol to avoid my feelings
11 – I struggle to fall asleep as I analyze my day and worry about tomorrow
12- I look at the clock and worry that I won’t get to sleep tonight
